Please note: you have 30 minutes to change your order from the time the order is submitted. Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed.

Need to make changes to your order? No worries, we're happy to help! You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. You can contact our customer service at 404-247-7739. If after 30 minutes, then you will have to follow up with Pay Pal directly.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Your ShoniesDesign.com order may be delayed or cancelled if: 1)The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file.
2)You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.
If either of these conditions applies to your order, you may be contacted by ShoniesDesign Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled.
To track your order and view order status, a notification will be sent to the e-mail you provided. With the tracking information provided from the notification e-mail,
you may enter your order number/reservation number to view your order status on the carrier website.
To return an item by mail, please read the following instructions prior to creating your return label.
1. Create your label and adhere it to the package containing the merchandise and original invoice or gift receipt.
2. Enter your reservation number into the RMA field on the USPS site.
3. Take the returned merchandise to your local USPS branch for processing.
4. Track the delivery process on the USPS site.
Credit will be issued in the form of a Shonies Design check for the full purchase amount. You will receive the Shonies Design check within 7-10 business days after your return has been processed.
Please note: items returned by mail without an invoice or gift receipt cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.
